The person who was injured was a midshipman. The midshipman was shot as Naval Security was clearing a building and medevaced by Maryland State Police.

One person was injured while Naval Security Forces were clearing a building in response to suspicious activity, according to a U.S. Navy official.

One person has been medevaced with injuries. This person is in stable condition.

There is no active shooter threat.
